| NORTH CAROLINE DIVSION RECORDER OF MILITARY SERVICE AWARDS Patricia Gray Warner Bolander I was very pleased to learn that North Carolina had received 4 Military Service Awards at our General convention help in Arkansas. But we STILL need to search for deserving Veterans. As I said at Winter Boards, I am Challenging ALL CHAPTERS to bestow at least 1 award this year. I know you can do this. Don't be shy! Look for these worthy recipients. In honoring them, we are honoring their esteemed Confederate ancestors. We OWE them this recognition. I am ready to answer any questions as I am as close as a phone call. Be sure all your "old" forms have been replaced by the "revised" 2005 forms. You can also order a new disc and acid free paper from the UDC business office in Richmond. PLEASE honor our own North Carolina Division Recorder General by having an outstanding year for her. |
